Procurement Specialist – Medical Supplies
Fixed Term Contract – up to 12 months

Role Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Specialist in the Medical Supplies sector, you will oversee critical aspects of the category work plan, focusing on executing sourcing initiatives and achieving targets in collaboration with business partners. You will also play a key role in enhancing the procurement function's effectiveness and reputation within the organization.
Key Duties Include:
- Assisting in the formulation of the annual category work plan.
- Launching and executing category projects and objectives, contributing to the achievement of broader team goals and operational KPIs.
- Establishing a strong presence within the organization and building trust with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring a comprehensive procurement process for all contracted goods and services, adhering to all regulatory and quality standards.
- Negotiating solid contracts, including pricing and commercial terms, as well as developing SLAs and KPIs to meet operational needs.
- Upholding compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
- Aiding in the development of global procurement strategies and their local execution.
- Managing core and non-core suppliers to ensure performance and innovation throughout the contract duration.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual capable of collaborating with senior business stakeholders to effectively deliver complex sourcing projects within a multi-site organization, possessing experience across various spend categories.
Strong credibility, influencing abilities, negotiation skills, and supplier management expertise are essential, alongside a proven track record of delivering business value through sourcing initiatives.
