Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to join our team at Addition+. Our company is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the retail industry, offering a wide range of products and services to our clients.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our suppliers, conducting market and pricing reviews, and ensuring that our category performance is closely monitored. They will also be responsible for executing and defining a category strategy for the buying area, as well as analyzing complex data sets to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Conduct market and pricing reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement a category strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.


Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Strong commercial experience with budget delivery and managing multiple KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex data sets and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
