About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Addition+. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Category Performance Management: Monitor and analyze category performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to inform purchasing decisions and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute category strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, with a strong background in category management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial skills, with experience in budget delivery and managing multiple KPIs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Data Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and using insights to inform business decisions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Retail Software Experience: Experience with retail software, including ERP systems and data analytics tools.
