About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic smart metering exchange team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, scheduling smart meter appointments, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.
  • Schedule smart meter appointments and manage administrative tasks, such as generating letters for customers.
  • Work closely with various departments to find innovative solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Manage a high-volume call centre environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A strong educational background (minimum GCSE level).
  • Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with previous customer service experience (telephone-based or face-to-face).
  • Call centre experience is a bonus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who can also take the initiative and shine individually.
  • Superb organisational and administrative skills.
