Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Operations Agent to join our team at Three UK. As a Credit Operations Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our credit processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Credit Operations
    • Manage and process credit applications and related documentation
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit transactions
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or credit operations environment
    • Knowledge of credit processes and regulations
