About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Video Director to join our Branded Content team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality, engaging co-branded content that drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative video strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of producers, shooters, and editors to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to understand client needs and develop creative solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategy team to ensure that our video content is aligned with our brand's overall creative vision.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and video production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video production and management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to develop creative solutions that drive business results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including commercial stakeholders, creative teams, and delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
