Facilities Operations Support Manager 35-45k + Benefits

As a Facilities Operations Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising the daily functions within the facilities department.

This position involves collaborating in the management of the departmental budget and assisting in ensuring adherence to the company’s operational standards.

In your capacity as Facilities Operations Support Manager, you will also aid in the development and execution of capital expenditure projects. You will assess and address the financial implications of operations, actively seeking opportunities to enhance resource efficiency without sacrificing quality.



Budget Oversight:
Assist in the creation and oversight of the departmental budget. Provide direction and support to the team, promoting a collaborative and effective work atmosphere. Conduct performance assessments and offer constructive feedback to improve both individual and team performance. Support disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies when necessary.

Expectations: Ensure that health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are ingrained within the organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a managerial, leadership, or supervisory capacity, ideally within a maintenance or facilities context (such as oil, gas, marine, renewables, or plant operations).

Strong comprehension of safety protocols, compliance requirements, and budget oversight. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with planning tools (e.g., MS Project).

Additional Skills:
Leadership capabilities, budget oversight, teamwork, data analysis, proficiency in Excel and management reporting, and risk management.
