We are seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the projects teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of billable work trackers.
- Process reactive jobs received through the customer support process, ensuring they are processed for payment correctly according to contract terms, specification, and schedule of rates.
- Write reports and deal with Work-In-Progress (WIP) issues.
- Administer subcontractors, including collating timesheets, chasing, and checking quality of data.
- Set up contracts (PPM/System support) and prepare application billing.
- Liaise with regional teams to schedule ad-hoc works and meet client requirements.
- Develop an excellent telephone manner to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in a Building Maintenance company or Facilities industry.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
