Our client, a leading Facilities Management Service Provider, is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join their team in Sheffield. As a key member of the contract team, you will provide administrative support to the maintenance team and other contract members. Your responsibilities will include:

* Administration of PPM / engineer report sheets and reporting on identified defects.
* Assisting in the writing and collation of client reports.
* Liaising with the Client helpdesk on related works, including managing phone lines and radio systems.

In return, you can expect a competitive annual salary, dependent on experience, a permanent contract, and a full-time role with a standard Monday to Friday schedule. You will also receive a basic pension and 35 days annual leave, including bank holidays. After 18 months, you will be eligible for private healthcare.
