Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facilities Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering exceptional maintenance services to our clients. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our facilities.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and supervisors to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets and minimize costs.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and repair practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
