- Populating Spreadsheets
- Raising Invoices/Drafts
- Liaising with clients where needed
- Building & populating contract reports
- General office duties
- Knowledge of Outlook & Excell preferable.
- Assisting on the help desk
- Liaising with engineer and scheduling work load
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You must have had experience working in a property/building/facilities/Estates management department or service provider Company or similar
- Intermediate MS Office skills (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel) - essential
- Organised with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Resilient with a positive, proactive and confident approach.
