Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our East Midlands Gateway team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the building and premises.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and possess strong administration skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with various teams, including HSEQ, Accounts, and Procurement, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will oversee contractors and maintenance crews on site, conduct safety inspections, and assist with project planning and implementation.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our global organization.
