Overview:
KCJ Care and Wellbeing LTD is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and engineering functions within our organization.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing ongoing projects related to maintenance and engineering. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the successful execution of various engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Overseeing the installation and maintenance of essential systems and equipment.

Maintenance Duties:
In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting both reactive and scheduled maintenance on existing systems.
  • Providing support for various site activities, including fabrication, assembly, and equipment management.
  • Utilizing computer skills for project planning and documentation, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AUTO CAD.

Team Leadership:
As the Facilities Operations Manager, you will lead the site team, ensuring effective communication with project managers and senior management.
