Leisure Operations Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Leisure Operations Assistant to join our team at De Vere Cotswold Water Park in South Cerney, Gloucestershire.
As a Leisure Operations Assistant, you will assist with overseeing daily operations of our leisure facilities, maintaining a high standard of service, and fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the management of leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and gym
- Maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Working with the Spa & Leisure Manager to plan fitness initiatives and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
Requirements:
- A keen interest and previous experience in a leisure/fitness role
- Excellent service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures in a leisure facility
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
