Assistant Leisure Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Leisure Manager to join our team at De Vere Cotswold Water Park in South Cerney, Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with overseeing daily operations of our leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and gym.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  • Work with the Spa & Leisure Manager to plan fitness initiatives and ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • A keen interest and previous experience in a leisure/fitness role, with a related qualification desirable.
  • Excellent service and interpersonal skills to ensure our guests feel welcome and have a memorable experience.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures in a leisure facility.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
