As a Chef Manager at Sodexo, you will embody leadership and expertise in food safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 10 to ensure high-quality service delivery to patients and staff throughout the year.
- Maintain a clean and safe food environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Oversee staffing and ensure seamless operations for patient and staff dining.
- Communicate with clients to fulfill all requests promptly.
- Represent Sodexo in client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Food and Health Safety Regulations.
- Manage Sodexo systems including payroll, accounting, billing, and HR.
- Collaborate with onsite staff to promote employee engagement and welfare.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading a team within a similar service environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent NVQ.
- Financial acumen, including cost control and revenue management within a catering context.
- Strong communication skills with patients, visitors, colleagues, and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on timely delivery.
- Demonstrated success in team development and leadership.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous management experience with a track record of achieving results.
- Experience in managing client relationships.
- Food Safety Level 3 certification.
