Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 10 to ensure the delivery of high-quality food services throughout the year.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with clients to fulfill service requests promptly.
- Represent Sodexo in client meetings and discussions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Manage operational systems, including payroll and HR functions.
- Foster employee engagement and well-being within the team.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar food service environment.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent NVQ).
- Strong financial acumen, including cost control and revenue management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a track record of timely delivery.
- Experience in team development and management.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in client relationship management.
- Food Safety Level 3 certification.
