Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of approximately 10 to ensure high-quality service delivery to patients and staff year-round.
  • Maintain a clean and safe food preparation environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee staffing and ensure seamless operation of patient and staff dining services.
  • Collaborate with clients to fulfill all service requests promptly.
  • Participate in client meetings and represent Sodexo professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health Regulations.
  • Manage Sodexo systems including payroll, accounting, billing, and human resources.
  • Work closely with onsite staff to promote employee engagement and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a comparable service environment.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent NVQ.
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost control and revenue management within a catering context.
  • Effective communication skills with patients, visitors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Track record of team development and leadership.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous management experience with a focus on achieving results.
  • Experience in managing client relationships effectively.
  • Food Safety Level 3 certification.
