Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You are at a pivotal point in your recruitment career, seeking to collaborate with specialists who share your enthusiasm for the Real Estate and Property sectors.
  • Ideally, you possess a solid background in recruitment, with a proven history of client engagement and a network in areas such as Real Estate, Private Equity, Construction, or Property.
  • Alternatively, you may focus on Senior Management and Executive roles, including Surveyors, Land Directors, Sales Directors, Construction Directors, Operational Directors, MDs, COOs, or CEOs.
  • A strong business development acumen, with the capability and motivation to cultivate your own client base.
  • Ideally, you bring an existing network of clients and candidates in the relevant sectors, available for referral after any applicable restrictive covenants have lapsed.

  • The division is structured into four primary verticals: Residential Development, Commercial/Mixed Use, Property Investment/PE-backed, and Retail & Leisure Real Estate.
  • Typical candidate salaries range from £70k to £200k, with the potential to reach £230k/£300k; approximately 30% of placements are retained, while 70% are exclusive contingency roles.
  • All consultants operate in a 360-degree capacity, with the flexibility to manage both Permanent and Contract/Interim roles.
  • Join a mature, collaborative, and experienced team dedicated to placing Property/Construction talent at the Senior level.
  • Established billers are achieving earnings between £400k and £600k, with an understanding that it takes time to establish oneself, make initial placements, or secure retainers.
  • New team members will be paired with an experienced consultant for collaboration, tactical guidance, and support from day one.
