About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our Perms division, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights, and business development to engage with new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, providing expert advice on market trends and industry developments
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to engage with new clients and expand our client base
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Sources candidates using a range of innovative channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Interview and assess candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
  • Coach candidates to perform at their best in interviews and provide guidance on industry-specific skills and knowledge
  • Network and build relationships with industry professionals to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
