We are seeking an experienced permanent recruitment professional to join our team at RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONALS LTD. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our permanent recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth plan for the permanent recruitment team, identifying key verticals, geographic expansion areas, and service offerings.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust client pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities across retained, exclusive, and contingent projects.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer care at all times.
  • Identify and leverage potential cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to recruit and train new consultants, accelerating profit growth and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Remuneration: Competitive base salary between £45,000 to £60,000 & company benefits package, commission structure up to 35% with no threshold. Guaranteed/enhanced first-year commission.
