Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at JW Recruitment Group. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top technical talent for our clients in the digital sector.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and post-placement follow-up.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the digital sector.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring top technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs and expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
