About the Role

Award-winning Abbatt Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perms division. This is a dynamic opportunity to work with a warm/HOT desk, where open roles are constantly fed through to the team from our Client Liaison division.

We are looking to expand our Perms team to cope with increased demand from our clients, ensuring we can fill every single open role while providing a great service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
  • Develop business relationships with new clients
  • Liaise with our sales team
  • Sources candidates using innovative channels, including job boards and professional networks
  • Interview candidates, format CVs, and produce descriptive bios for clients
  • Coach candidates to perform at their best in interviews
  • Network and build relationships with industry professionals
  • Entertain clients and candidates
