About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search Recruitment Group (SRG) in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help high-calibre candidates secure career-changing opportunities with top-tier law firms and legal sector companies.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by networking and attending industry events.
  • Creatively apply knowledge to solve complex recruitment challenges for both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on projects, sharing ideas and expertise to drive success.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 to £65,000 basic, plus car allowance.

What You'll Need:
