Job Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Finance Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Ruella James - Recruitment to Recruitment - London Rec to Rec. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the Finance and Accounting desk, building a team, and driving new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance and Accounting desk, managing a team of recruiters and driving new business development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Finance and Accounting sector.
  • Source and attract top talent in the Finance and Accounting industry.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Finance and Accounting sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Finance and Accounting industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business development skills and ability to drive new business growth.
