About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a leading agency in the Residential Property industry, we specialize in placing people into roles in London and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm/HOT desk with open roles constantly fed through to the team from our Client Liaison division. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights, and business development to engage with new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with existing clients and providing consultative advice based on market insights
  • Business development to engage with new clients
  • Liaising with the sales team
  • Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels
  • Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, and producing descriptive and persuasive bios
  • Coaching candidates to perform at their best in interviews
  • Networking and client entertainment
