Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perms division. This is a challenging role that requires a consultative approach to build relationships with clients and candidates. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a warm desk, with open roles constantly fed through to the team from the Client Liaison division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, providing expert advice based on market insights
  • Develop business relationships with new clients
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless communication
  • Sources candidates using innovative channels, including job boards and professional networks
  • Interview candidates, format CVs, and produce persuasive bios for clients
  • Coach candidates to perform at their best in interviews
  • Network and build relationships with industry professionals
  • Entertain clients and candidates in a professional setting
