E-Commerce Coordinator
As a compassionate charity, we are dedicated to providing palliative and end-of-life care for individuals with advanced life-limiting conditions in Northwest Surrey. Our mission encompasses supporting patients, families, and caregivers within the community, as well as in our In-Patient Unit and Well Being Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Possess GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a keen eye for photography
- Exhibit strong IT proficiency
- Show numerical competence
- Display literacy with excellent grammar skills
- Organize, plan, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Calculate and document basic sums for accurate financial reporting
- Understand the current e-commerce landscape
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Comprehend safe working practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant training and qualifications in the sector
- Experience in online sales, whether personal or professional
- Familiarity with postal systems and logistics for picking and packing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in current trends and fashion
- Understanding of Gift Aid and its significance in enhancing income
- Knowledge of various courier services
- Awareness of resale dynamics in the online marketplace
While prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for this position.
