Our client's elegant mansion is set in the beautiful Surrey countryside, surrounded by woodland and formal gardens. This stunning venue is perfect for conferences, meetings, and weddings, offering a unique blend of elegance and natural beauty.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a passion for creating memorable wedding and events experiences
  • Is highly organized with an eye for detail and experience in executing and planning weddings
  • Has a warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognizing and exceeding guest expectations
  • Has experience in hotel weddings, ideally with knowledge of OPERA
  • Is organized, well-presented, and lives locally to Woking with own transport
  • Is able to work evenings and weekends in line with the business needs and events

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and sending proposals to wedding enquiries, while upselling to maximize revenue
  • Impeccable standards of service, with a focus on creating memorable wedding and events experiences
  • Following up on enquiries, and conducting showrounds to convert enquiries into bookings, while ensuring the commerciality of each event via optimum diary management
  • Assisting with planning and hosting of Wedding Fairs, Open Evenings, and Menu Showcase Evenings
