Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team at Motorsport Network. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining our Salesforce system, executing promotional communications to partners, and coordinating global freight channels to ensure prompt deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Maintain the Salesforce system with all product and asset uploads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- CRM Management: Execute promotional communications to partners through the Salesforce CRM system, driving engagement and sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Run relevant reports to monitor stock levels and manage replenishment alerts and reorders, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Freight Coordination: Coordinate global freight channels to ensure prompt deliveries to partners, complete orders, and accurate system shipping quotes.
- Asset Management: Maintain and update B2B sales assets throughout the season, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Data Management: Responsible for B2B sales platform data and asset management, including weekly updates of stock levels, customer account information, CRM, and general administrative tasks associated with the sales e-portal platform.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate internal order sales windows and order fulfillment, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office – particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Soft Skills: Understanding of sales processes, global freight, and sponsorship is desirable. Ability to work on a wide range of projects and tasks with varying deadlines and urgencies, demonstrating a proactive, organized, and flexible approach to changing priorities.
