About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wedding Coordinator to lead our events team in delivering exceptional weddings and conferences at our elegant mansion house in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and send proposals to wedding enquiries, upselling to maximise revenue
  • Provide impeccable service with a passion for creating memorable wedding experiences
  • Follow up on enquiries and conduct showrounds to convert bookings, ensuring commerciality via optimum diary management
  • Assist with planning and hosting of Wedding Fairs, Open Evenings, and Menu Showcase Evenings
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail, experienced in executing and planning weddings
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
  • Experience in hotel weddings, ideally a knowledge of OPERA
  • Organised, well presented, and live local to Woking with own transport
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in line with business needs and events
