About the Role:
As a Store Supervisor at Robert Dyas, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team in driving forward sales and customer service. You will be tasked with implementing lean principles to optimize store operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Ambassador: Act as a representative of Robert Dyas, demonstrating a passion for learning and sharing knowledge with customers.
- Store Operations: Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems, and guarantee that all team members utilize systems as per company policies and procedures.
- Leadership and Accountability: In the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager, assume full responsibility for the overall security and safety of employees and property, ensuring the store operates in line with company policies and procedures. Motivate colleagues to achieve sales targets and required KPIs, and liaise with the Retail Support Centre for any issues.
