Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Motorsport Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the B2B Sales Team in purchasing, order processing, logistics, invoicing, and administrative duties within the B2B Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and data within our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless product and asset uploads.
  • Execute promotional communications to partners, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Run regular reports to monitor stock levels, manage replenishment alerts, and optimize order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate global freight channels to ensure prompt deliveries to partners, complete orders, and accurate system shipping quotes.
  • Maintain and update B2B sales assets throughout the season, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Responsible for B2B sales platform data and asset management, including weekly updates of stock levels, customer account information, CRM, and general administrative tasks associated with the sales e-portal platform.
  • Coordinate internal order sales windows and order fulfillment, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is also required.
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, global freight, and sponsorship is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on a wide range of projects and tasks with varying deadlines and urgencies.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and practices is necessary, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
