Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our HR team as an HR Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning and Development Support:
    • Coordinate the upload of content and management of programs within our Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Ensure all content and programs are available in the LMS, and take an active role in building and improving functionality and content.
    • Build programs in the LMS, send out communications, and upload training and content management.
    • Collaborate with IT and HRIS to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the LMS via the service desk.
    • Support reporting and extracting outputs from all HR systems as part of our regular cadence.
  • Budget Coordination and Tracking:
    • Support the HR team in tracking and managing the budget, ensuring all spend is accounted for.
    • Drive regular cadence across the HR team to provide a transparent and up-to-date view of budget spend.
    • Support the HRD team in feeding budget information up to CPO/Finance to ensure consolidation into the total HR budget.
    • Support activities during the annual budget review and AP.
  • Team and Project Coordination and Support:
    • Provide coordination and administrative support to the HR team to organize key meetings and calls with stakeholders.
    • Support project and plan deliverables and HR cadence meetings.
    • Support workshop and training coordination and reporting on all projects and/or training programs.
    • Support project coordination for key initiatives across the COE.
    • Support systems access and queries/issues for all HR systems with guidance from COE Leads.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Support the HR team in managing suppliers, including supplier setup, payment queries, and invoice management.
    • Coordinate supplier visits, meetings, and activities, and direct any supplier queries to the relevant internal lead for resolution.
  • TA Data Integrity:
    • Support in processing hiring requisitions, role profiles, scopes of work, and contractor IR35 checks within our ATS (ICIMS).
    • Act as a Nomad Foods superuser, maintaining and updating the system as needed.
    • Maintain TA trackers and manage the Nomad Foods recruitment email inbox, ensuring prompt response to enquirers as necessary.
  • TA Coordination:
    • Support with TA coordination, scheduling interviews, and facilitating assessments and/or interview testing.
    • Raise offers on ICIMS and send to HRC for processing.
    • Perform right-to-work checks and trust ID.
    • Monitor role approvals status on ICIMS and escalate when necessary.
    • Liaise with the PG group for daily rate contractors processing and complete IR35 assessment via Qods.
    Requirements:

    • Experience in busy coordination roles.
    • Experience working in a dynamic, change-oriented role that requires proactivity and a can-do attitude.
    • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
    • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
    • Project management experience desired.
