About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to work within our HR Centre of Excellence team, offering support across multiple functions. This is an exciting opportunity within the HR CoE team, which plays an important and integral part in supporting the total COE.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development Support: Responsible for uploading content and supporting the management of programs within the Learning Management System (LMS). Ensures all content and programs are available in the LMS, taking an active role in building and improving functionality and content.
Budget Coordination and Tracking: Supports across the HR COE to track and manage the budget, ensuring all spend is accounted for. Drives regular cadence across the HR COE team to provide a transparent and up-to-date view on budget spend. Supports the HR Director COE with feeding budget up and into the Chief People Officer/Finance to ensure consolidation into the total HR budget.
Team and Project Coordination and Support: Provides coordination and administrative support to the HR COE team to organize key meetings and calls with stakeholders, as part of project/plan deliverables and/or HR COE cadence meetings.
Vendor Management: Supports across the HR COE team to ensure management of suppliers, which may include supplier setup, payment queries, and invoice management. Organizes supplier visits, meetings, coordination of activities, and supports program delivery. Manages/directs any supplier queries to the relevant internal lead to enable resolution.
Talent Acquisition Data Integrity: Provides support in processing hiring requisitions, role profiles, scopes of work, and contractor IR35 checks within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Talent Acquisition Coordination: Supports with talent acquisition coordination, scheduling interviews, and facilitating assessments and/or interview testing.
About You:
- Experienced in busy coordination roles
- Experience of working in a dynamic, change-oriented role that requires proactivity and a can-do attitude
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Experienced dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Project management experience desired
