About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our People and Culture Operations team at WWF-UK as a People and Culture Systems and Data Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient administration of data and systems, including payroll processes, to support the team's delivery of a responsive service to customers.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine payroll, systems, and data enquiries, providing timely and accurate information and reports.
  • Develop and maintain an inclusive, safe, and empowering culture in which colleagues thrive, in collaboration with the People and Culture team.
  • Support the development and implementation of systems and processes to improve data management and analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR administration, including the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in HR databases and enabling software, preferably iTrent (Core HR, recruitment, and Learning & Development).
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Studying for, or accredited in, or prepared to study for a fundamental relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to learn, with strong communication, team working, and interpersonal skills.
