Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our HR CoE team as an HR Advisor. This role will provide coordination and administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content and programs are available and up-to-date.
  • Support budget tracking and management, ensuring all spend is accounted for and providing regular updates to the team.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR CoE team, including coordinating meetings, calls, and workshops, as well as reporting on project deliverables.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including supplier setup, payment queries, and invoice management.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with data integrity, coordination, and vendor management.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in busy coordination roles, with a strong orientation towards data and digital enablement.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management experience desired.
