We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Weddings Coordinator for a role within a beautiful hotel near to Woking, to lead the events team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.
The Perks
The Senior Weddings Coordinator will receive:

The Place
Our client is an elegant mansion set in the beautiful countryside of Surrey surrounded by woodland and formal gardens, yet only minutes from the centre of Woking. This Edwardian mansion house is used for conferences, meetings and weddings. Having undergone significant refurbishment it is a prime venue choice in Surrey.
The Person
The Senior Weddings Coordinator will have:
- Responding to and sending proposals to wedding enquiries received via our website, email or telephone, whilst upselling on every occasion to maximise revenue
- Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events
- Following up on enquiries, and conducting showrounds (both pre-booked and walk in's) to company standards to convert enquiries into bookings, whilst ensuring the commerciality of each event via optimum diary management
- Assisting with planning and hosting of Wedding Fairs, Open Evenings, and Menu Showcase Evenings
- Highly organised with an eye for detail who is experienced in executing and planning wedding
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Experience in hotel weddings, ideally a knowledge of OPERA
- Organised, well presented and live local to Woking with own transport
- You must be able to work evenings and weekends in line with the business needs and events
