Little Ilford School is a well-led, collaborative, and supportive faculty seeking a Deputy Pastoral Achievement Leader to join our team. As a Deputy Head of Year, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our students and contributing to the success of our faculty.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the Head of Year in leading the pastoral team
* Develop and implement strategies to improve student achievement and well-being
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to the development of the faculty's curriculum and activities
