Position: Sales Engineer – SaaS (Risk/Fraud)

Role Overview:

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to present innovative products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Design customized presentations that cater to the unique requirements of potential customers.
  • Create detailed business and technical documentation.
  • Support partners in crafting tailored solutions for their clients.
  • Perform product demonstrations that showcase essential features and advantages.
  • Evaluate technical environments, business needs, and assessment criteria.
  • Serve as a reliable technical advisor for both clients and team members.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Support Engineering within the enterprise Software/SaaS sector.
  • Skilled in HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language is preferred.
