About the Role

OM Digital Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our Pro Audio division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and training to our partners and resellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across nominated regions.
  • Collaborate with internal Territory Managers to identify sales opportunities and provide training and support to partners.
  • Work closely with our Partners, Distributors, and 3rd Party Resellers to ensure they have the necessary resources to successfully promote our Pro Audio product range.
  • Strengthen relationships with our Distribution Partners by developing regular training and support activities for their 3rd Party dealer network.
  • Coordinate and manage regular online webinars to support product training and demonstrations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of Pro Audio solutions and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
