Job Title: Agency Sales Manager - Digital Advertising Solutions

Reports to: Head of Sales

About the Company: Moriati Digital Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in digital marketing and sales talent. Our client is a prominent global broadcaster, widely recognized for their premium content and innovative approach to digital media.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to join our client's team. As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling omnichannel digital advertising solutions to both network and independent media agencies across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by selling the client's omnichannel digital advertising solutions to both network and independent agencies.
  • Tailor Bespoke Solutions: Develop and implement bespoke advertising solutions to meet the specific needs of agencies and their clients, aligning with both digital and omnichannel strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue tracking.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, particularly in video and CTV, and educate clients on the value of adopting cutting-edge advertising solutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in digital advertising, with a focus on video, CTV, and omnichannel platforms.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CTV, OTT, and digital video advertising landscapes, along with a broader understanding of mobile and display advertising solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience selling to both independent and network agencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of pitching complex digital solutions in a compelling and understandable manner.
  • Adaptability: A self-starter with a proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
