Role Overview
As a CRM Manager, your primary focus will be to cultivate stronger relationships with our clientele, enhancing engagement, retention, and overall customer value through strategic CRM initiatives and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the team in implementing a continuous testing and learning strategy to enhance CRM communications.
2. Oversee a CRM Executive to optimize all CRM activities across the organization.
3. Utilize customer data and insights to design and refine segmentation and content strategies for personalized customer journeys that drive value.
4. Develop and guide the team in planning and executing omni-channel journeys based on customer data segmentation and predictive models to achieve performance targets.
5. Transition the CRM strategy to a customer-centric approach, leveraging data to improve delivery effectiveness.
6. Generate weekly and monthly reports on CRM campaigns and database performance, sharing insights with the broader business.
7. Manage the relationship with the email service provider, ensuring optimal use of the platform.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a similar CRM role, with a strong analytical background in managing customer databases.
2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and management experience.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of CRM platforms, email service providers, and marketing automation tools.
4. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
5. Results-oriented with a passion for achieving outcomes through collaboration with related teams.
6. Highly skilled in data analysis, capable of extracting actionable insights from large datasets.
