Reporting to the CRM Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing the email and mobile app communication calendar to align with broader business goals.
- Overseeing the creative process, segmentation, scheduling, and execution of all email and mobile app notifications.
- Implementing automated lifecycle campaigns with a focus on customer engagement.
- Executing a continuous testing strategy to enhance CRM communications.
- Generating weekly and monthly performance reports on email and mobile app initiatives, sharing insights with the broader team.
- Identifying and targeting key customer segments to maximize engagement and value.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the email service provider to optimize platform usage.
- Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
