Position Overview:
As a CRM Executive, you will collaborate with the CRM Manager to cultivate robust and lasting connections with our clientele, enhancing engagement, retention, and overall customer value through strategic CRM initiatives and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Your daily activities will encompass:
- Managing the email and mobile app communication calendar for our platforms, ensuring alignment with broader team objectives.
- Overseeing the briefing, creative development, segmentation, scheduling, and execution of all email and mobile app notifications.
- Handling the briefing, creative direction, segmentation, scheduling, and implementation of all automated lifecycle campaigns.
- Executing an ongoing test-and-learn strategy to consistently enhance CRM communications.
- Providing weekly and monthly performance reports on email and mobile app notifications, sharing insights with the wider organization.
- Increasing the engaged customer database and their value by identifying key customer segments and targeting them through relevant programs.
- Building strong relationships with the email service provider to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
- Staying informed on industry trends and email marketing best practices.
Qualifications:

- A proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on delivery.
- Enthusiasm and determination to achieve outcomes, including influencing related teams.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- A degree-level education.
- Experience with an email service provider.
- Familiarity with data analysis and segmentation.
- Experience in the retail sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
