Retail Operations Leader at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail Operations Leader to inspire, train, and empower our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational objectives.

This position allows you to take charge as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store/counter. You will be entirely accountable for crafting and executing a versatile business strategy aimed at attracting and retaining customers through targeted initiatives, engaging in-store events, outstanding customer management, and leading a highly effective team.

Many of our top executives and managers began their careers at the sales level. Qualifications

About You

You should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant retail management, ideally within the beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment
  • A background in establishing sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Prior experience in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash handling
  • A proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a successful team
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across various days and hours, as we prioritize a healthy work-life balance for our team; please discuss your availability with the hiring manager during the interview process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the country
