Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Part-Time Beauty Sales Specialist to join our team in our London store. As a Beauty Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on new products, and driving sales through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales using your entrepreneurial spirit to build your loyal client base.
  • Operational Tasks: Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, maintain correct store promotions and signage, and oversee the maintenance of store inventory.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with our loyal client base.
  • Product Knowledge: Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Visual Merchandising: Solid visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn a new computer system.
  • Availability: Weekend availability, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
