We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Beauty Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Retail Artists to meet sales, customer service, and operational goals.

Qualifications

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated retail experience at a supervisory level, preferably in the beauty sector
  • The ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others to achieve their best
  • A strong drive to meet sales and customer service objectives
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Flexible availability to ensure a healthy work-life balance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the country
