Job Title: Beauty Counter Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a Beauty Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, control stock, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of products.
  • Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards, including displays, testers, and cleanliness, to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
  • Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the Area Sales Manager, sales associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or certification in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
