At AutogenAI, we are at the forefront of transforming the writing landscape through our innovative AI-driven platform. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts across the EMEA region.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by cultivating significant client relationships, securing annual recurring revenue (ARR) contracts, and consistently surpassing sales objectives. Your expertise in enterprise sales and ability to articulate the value of our solutions will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure ARR contracts within your designated territory.
  • Understand and address customer challenges while effectively communicating the value of AutogenAI's offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and buying groups.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and formulate strategic win plans.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Maintain precise CRM records and provide accurate forecasts of upcoming deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience engaging with VP and C-level executives.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, including six-figure deals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Highly driven with a strong desire to achieve success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the bidding and proposal sector.
  • Prior sales experience in dynamic start-up environments.
